The global pop star has announced The Eras Tour, but it's up for debate whether she still can headline the Somerset festival.
Taylor Swift has announced new tour dates for 2023, which has cast doubt over her possible appearance at Glastonbury next year.
The Folklore singer was supposed to headline the festival in 2020, but it was sadly cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.
However, now the singer-songwriter has released fresh dates as part of her The Eras Tour, which will see her in North America for gigs in Pittsburgh on 17th June and Minneapolis on 24th June 2013.
I’m enchanted to announce my next tour: Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour, a journey through the musical eras of my career (past & present!) The first leg of the tour will be in stadiums across the US, with international dates to be announced as soon as we can!https://t.co/KFuqvrhSGo pic.twitter.com/eVyTcuW8sK

The news has led some Swifties to rule her out of Glastonbury entirely, but is there still a chance the Shake It Off singer could still do both?
No Taylor at Glastonbury then 😢

Let's examine the evidence.
The famous Somerset festival takes place from 21st - 25th June next year and currently there is a break in Taylor's dates between 17th and 24th of the month.
Though it would make for crazy travelling schedule, is it impossible that Taylor could travel to London in time for a Friday night slot on the 23rd.
Taylor then has a show on 24th back in the States, so it would make for a pretty insane 24 hours even with the time difference.

Another act who still seem tipped to headline Glastonbury is Arctic Monkeys.
The Sheffield rockers have announced headline dates across June at Rock Wertcher, Open'er Festtival and Bilbao BBK Live, but they do still seem to have left Glastonbury-shaped weekend free.
If Alex Turner and co do play the festival again, the slot would mark their third stint headlining the Somerset festival after topping the bill in 2007 and 2013.
A source told The Sun: “Alex Turner and the band are coming back to Glastonbury, and this time their set is going to be even bigger and better.
“The lads have signed on the dotted line and will return to the Pyramid Stage next June.
“It is really special for them to be doing a hat-trick on that stage and it is something they have wanted to do for a while.
“After the festival dates lined up with their upcoming tour they said they couldn’t not play there again.
“The band are in the process of putting together their team and are working on making their performance one of Glastonbury’s most memorable.”
