The former Oasis frontman has been given odds of 7/4 to top the bill solo at Glastonbury's famous Pyramid Stage.
Liam Gallagher has become a bookies favourite to headline Glastonbury Festival 2019 as a solo act.
Betway have tipped the former Oasis frontman for the top spot on the Somerset festival's Pyramid Stage, giving him fresh odds of 7/4.
The Supersonic legend had previously been an outsider at 8/1 in September, behind the likes of Arctic Monkeys and ABBA, but the Wall Of Glass singer now heads their list.
Gallagher might have only released one solo album so far, but a headline spot would guarantee Glasto-goers the chance to see him perform some of the most iconic hits of his Oasis days.
Watch Liam sing Live Forever live on the Radio X rooftop:
Betway’s Alan Alger said: “Betting on who’ll headline Glastonbury tends to go quiet for a bit and then all of a sudden we notice a string of bets for a certain artist.
“Liam Gallagher is now the act that everyone wants to back and he heads the betting to secure a headline slot on the Pyramid Stage at just 7/4.
“Gallagher and 2/1 shots Arctic Monkeys are the two that are clear in the betting at this moment in time, with ABBA third at 6/1 to add a slightly lighter tone to the three main days.”
Liam Gallagher has seemed to already confirm he's headed to the festival, whether he headlines or not.
After headlining the festival's Pilton Party, which takes place for the event's organisers and staff, he took to Twitter to write: "Big thanx to the ever delightful Michael and Emily eavis for last night see you both nxt year as you were LG x".
