The announcement comes after his hugely successful 11-date sold-out UK tour which saw the Shockwave legend play an acclaimed show at Manchester Arena last week (20 November). This followed an incredible homecoming gig for Radio X at The O2 Ritz in September.

The Heaton Park date will take place the day before the annual Parklife festival, with a full bill of live music ahead of the main event. Gallagher headlined the Manchester festival back in 2018, and details of its 2020 edition will be announced in the new year.

Tickets for Liam Gallagher at Heaton Park will go on general sale at 9am on Friday 29 November via Ticketmaster.
