The legend's Dodger Stadium gig will be available to watch live on the streaming platform

Sir Elton John's Dodger Stadium show will be live-streamed on Disney+.

The legendary musician will perform at the Los Angeles venue on 20th November as part of his Farewell Yellow Brick Road - and it's being called his last ever American live date.

In May this year, it was announced that Elton's life and career will be documented in an upcoming Disney+ documentary.

Goodbye Yellow Brick Road: The Final Elton John Performances And The Years that Made His Legend will feature unseen archival footage and new interviews.

It will be released to coincide with Sir Elton wrapping the North American leg of his final tour at the Dodger Stadium, the world-famous venue Elton played two shows in 1975. There, Elton was joined for a duet of Philadelphia Freedom by tennis star Billie Jean King.

Meanwhile, Sir Elton was one of the artists who paid tribute to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, following her death last Thursday (8th September).

In a statement, Elton said: "Along with the rest of the nation, I am deeply saddened to hear the news of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth's passing.

"She was an inspiring presence to be around and led the country through some of our greatest and darkest moments with grace, decency and a genuine caring warmth.

"Queen Elizabeth has been a huge part of my life from childhood to this day, and I will miss her dearly."
