Pippa shared her night time routine with Chris and the team, and it is so relatable!

As the evening gets darker and winter sets in, Pippa has been sharing an aspect of her bedtime routine, and it's very vigorous.

It's only something she does when she's in bed alone, and to be fair to her we reckon everyone can relate!
