This Thursday at 9pm, we're giving you a special treat as Radio X Home Shows presents a very special throwback gig from none other than Noel Gallagher in 2006.

It charts the night that Noel and Gem Archer gave a live semi-acoustic gig, which featured performances from Oasis 'Best Of' album STOP THE CLOCKS.

The intimate show, which took place at The Lowry in Salford Quays on Sunday 3 December 2006 is extra special, as it saw the pair play the tiny 400-capacity venue.

It also provided a taste of what was to come from Noel's epic solo career, when he played some of the Manchester band's classic tracks three years ahead of Oasis' split.
