Here's some of the acts supporting Pulp on select tour dates

The likes of Wet Leg and Richard Hawley have been confirmed for some of the Britpop band's 2023 dates.

Pulp have announced some of the acts supporting them on their 2023 UK and Ireland dates.

Last week, the Britpop icons confirmed their reunion and that they'd be embarking on a tour next year and now they've revealed some of the acts who you can expect to open for them.

So far, the band have confirmed that Mercury Prize nominated Wet Leg will be joining them on their London dates, which take place

Meanwhile, their homecoming dates in Sheffield, which take place on 14th and 15th July, will see the Common People outfit supported by Richard Hawley.

The singer-songwriter, guitarist and producer played guitar with the band between 1998 and 2022 and joined the band on stage at various gigs during their previous reunion in 2011.

Tickets to Pulp's string of dates went on sale on Friday 4th November from 9am, however, there will be plenty of chances to see them next year.

Jarvis Cocker and co will also play headline festival sets at the likes of Neighbourhood Weekender, Latitude Festival and TRNSMT Festival in 2023.

Pulp last reunited in 2010, with the frontman joined by Russell Senior, Candida Doyle, Nick Banks, Steve Mackey and Mark Webber.

The band went on to play an iconic surprise set at Glastonbury in 2011, followed by a headline slot at Reading and Leeds Festival.

Pulp last performed together last in 2012, playing dates which included a hometown gig in Sheffield and a pair of shows on the SS Coachella Cruise.

Bassist Steve Mackey will not make an appearance at the upcoming shows.
