Terms and conditions for the competition currently running on Radio X.

MAKE JANUARY GREAT AGAIN (TICKETS) on Radio X, 6th JANUARY 2020 – 12th JANUARY 2020

RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.radiox.co.uk/competition-terms-conditions/) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to the ‘MAKE JANUARY GREAT AGAIN TICKETS’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 06:30 on 6th January 2020 to 19:00 on 12th January 2020 on Radio X.

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message starting with the keyword “WIN” to 83936 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.

4. In each competition round a specific track by a specific artist will be played on air, with the Entrants having the length of the given track to text in and enter. There will be a total of four rounds each day and the track that Entrants must listen out for will be signposted by the presenter on-air. Each round is for one pair of tickets.

5. All eligible Entrants who text in with the keyword within the duration of the track will be put into a draw with one Entrant being randomly selected to win the prize for that round. Entries received after the track has ended will not be eligible and will not be entered into the draw.

6. Winning Entrants will be notified by telephone.

7. All Entrants selected to play on air may be required to talk to the presenter(s) and/or the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the winning Entrant doesn’t answer their mobile phone after 2 attempts are made to contact them, is driving at the time of the call, is unable to continue the call for any reason, if any fault occurs immediately prior to or during these calls and it is not possible to re-establish contact with the Entrant, or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the producer’s discretion), the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

8. Some competition rounds will be held during pre-recorded shows, these winners will be selected off-air. Not all winners will be announced on-air.

Eligibility:

9. Winners and any person accompanying them to an event won as the prize must be aged 18 or over.

10. Multiple entries are permitted up to a maximum of 10 entries; any additional entries above this limit will be excluded from the Competition.
