Liam Gallagher Takeover Day on Radio X, 12^th July 2019

RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.radiox.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Liam Gallagher Takeover Day’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 07:00 to 19:00 on Friday 12^th July on Radio X (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

1. Listeners will need to listen for the question given on air between the following hours:

Round 1 – 07:00 to 08:00

Round 2 – 08:00 to 09:00

Round 3 – 10:00 to 11:00

Round 4 – 11:00 to 12:00

Round 5 – 12:00 to 13:00

Round 6 – 14:00 to 15:00

Round 7 – 15:00 to 16:00

Round 8 – 16:00 to 17:00

Round 9 – 17:00 to 18:00

Round 10 – 18:00 to 19:00

1. Entrants will need to send a text message with their answer to the question given on air during that particular competition’s hour, to the text number provided on air (the “Text Message Line”).
2. Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air by the on air presenter.
3. After each hour’s Text Message closing time, a listener will be selected at random from all correct and eligible entries from that hour, asked to repeat their answer on air, and awarded the prize corresponding with that hour.
4. 4 more entrants will also be selected at random from all correct and eligible entries from that hour, and be awarded the prize off air.

Eligibility:

1. Winners must be aged 18 & over. 
2. If winners guest is under 14, they must be accompanied at all times by an Adult ages 18 & over.
3. Entry is restricted to one entry per person per hour; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

1. In each hour of competing, 5 winners will win:

1 x double pass to see Liam Gallagher on his 2019 UK tour, at the venue stated within that hour.

1. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.

Prize Terms & Conditions:

1. Tickets are general admission. 
2. The prize is non-transferable and must be used by the registered prize winner.
3. This ticket has no cash value and no cash alternative is available.
4. Winners and their guests must follow any reasonable instructions given by the venue including those regarding matters of health and safety.
5. Winners must comply with all lawful instructions and terms and conditions, including health and safety requirements and instructions, of the Promoter and Prize Provider.
6. Winners must respect the venue’s entry policy. 
7. Global Radio cannot take any responsibility for artist delay or cancellation.
