Huawei FreeBuds 3 Breakfast Promotion on Radio X in November 2019

RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.radiox.co.uk/competition-terms-conditions/ (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to Huawei Radio X Breakfast Show Competition radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 11^th November – Friday 15^th November 2019
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

1. To enter the Competition an Entrant must:
2. Send a text message with the answer to the question given out on air by the presenter. They need to text the number 83936 to send a message to the studio with their answer in it. The opening and closing times of the text message line will be given out on air by the presenter. Texts received after the closing time will not be counted but may still be charged.
3. Each day a team member from The Chris Moyles Show will wear a set of noise cancelling earphone with the music turned up. Another team member will then describe music artisits or band names to them and they will have a limited amount of time, as revealed on air, to guess as may as they can correctly. Listners will need to predict how many they correctly identify during the time and text in their answer.
4. From all the eligible and correct entries received that day received, one entrant will randomly selected and brought to air to be awarded the prize.
5. All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

Eligibility:

1. Entrants must be 18 or over.
2. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
3. There will be a total of five competition rounds between Monday 19th August – Friday 23rd August on the Radio X network. One competition round will take place each day between 0600-1000.

Prize:

1. x 5 on air winners, one per day, will each winner will win a Huawei Tech Bundle which includes:

1. Prize to be fulfilled within 28 days of the competition.
