RULES

  1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.radiox.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Dave & Hypothetical’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 02/02/19 to 23/03/19 on Radio X (the “Radio Station”).
  2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:

  1. To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with the key word given out on air to the text number given out on air (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air each week.
  2. From all the eligible entries, 2 entrants will be picked at random each Saturday between the 2nd February – 23rd March to play and will be brought to air. They will be given a hypothetical situation and will have a limited time to give their response on to the situation explaining how they would resolve it. The entrant who gives the most funny and entertaining answer, as deemed by the Producer or Presenters will be announced on air as the winner. The Producers decision is final.
  3. Winners will be told on air if they have won and contacted off air to arrange their prize.
  4. All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

Eligibility:

  1. Entrants can be any age but must be resident in the UK.
  2. Entry is restricted to one entry per person per day of the competition; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

  1. 9.     There will be x8 prizes given away in total.
  2. 10.   Each Saturday between the 2nd February – 23rd March there will be a new winner.
  3. 11.   Each winner will win the following:

Prize Terms & Conditions:

  1. Should these products be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice.

  4. All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner.
