Dad Sends Kids To School As Argos Catalogue For World Book Day

This parent proves there's no limit when it comes to improvisation...
Waking up to find out you've forgotten fancy dress day at your children's school happens to every parent at least once.
But, when this dad realised it was World Book Day on Thursday morning, he dealt with it in a legendary fashion.
Totally unfazed by his lack of preparation, Joe Heenan sent his kids in with a toaster and hairdryer - otherwise known as "pages 89 & 165 of the Argos catalogue".

Forgot they had to be in costume, so they're going to school as pages 89 & 165 of the Argos catalogue pic.twitter.com/5JHnHlRbte
Brilliant.
And if you thought that was a lazy attempt, you'd be forgiven for thinking football star Mark Owen sending his son in AS HIMSELF (with a copy of his biography) wasn't too far behind.
My kids were told to dress for school as a character from a book. James had an idea! #WorldBookDay pic.twitter.com/53Fjn5Ihyy
