Slaves Sunta Glastonbury

Radio X's Sunta Templeton catches up with Slaves backstage at the John Peel Stage after their latest performance in a what's a very busy Glastonbury for the duo.

Slaves have had quite the trip to Worthy Farm this year, playing three different slots and packing out the John Peel Stage on Saturday afternoon. Our very own Sunta caught up with them to hear how it's been.

The band also told Radio X that they're "chuffed" to have their album Are You Satisfied? out - especially as it means that the fans at festivals can sing back every song to them and not just the singles.

"From now on, every single weekend until September, we're doing festivals Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Festival season's nice because you spend as much time at home as you do away.

"It's the glory lap, isn't it? You work hard all winter and then this is the fun."
