Glastonbury Announce Ticket On Sale Dates For 2017
Glastonbury have announced full details of when tickets for 2017’s festival will go on sale.
Festival-goers will be able to buy tickets for Glastonbury 2017 at the beginning of October.
Coach and ticket packages will be sold at 6pm BST on Thursday, 6 October
General admission tickets are to go on sale at 9am BST on Sunday, 9 October.
Michael and Emily Eavis have also announced that the festival will take a year off in 2018 - the traditional “fallow” year to allow the farm grounds to recover.
They have also confirmed that 2018 will NOT see another event at another location.
The dates for next year’s Glastonbury will be 21 to 25 June 2017.
As in previous years, ticket-buyers will need to be registered at www.glastonburyfestivals.co.uk beforehand.
Tickets will be sold exclusively at glastonbury.seetickets.com. People may book up to six tickets per transaction and will be able to book a ticket by paying a deposit, with the balance due in spring 2017.
Ticket price for Glastonbury 2017 will be £238 plus £5 booking fee per ticket (children aged 12 and under are admitted free of charge and do not need a ticket).

– Free on-site newspaper
– Free mobile app
– Free firewood
– Kidzfield, where all entertainment, rides and activities are free of charge
– Support for Oxfam, Greenpeace, Wateraid and hundreds of other charities
