Police seize 43 potentially stolen phones from Courteeners Brixton gig
The phones are believed to have been stolen during the Brixton show in London on Friday.
In a report from The Evening Standard, the phones were found in a cafe in nearby Stockwell. One of the iPhones was found via the Find My Phone app and, when police investigated, 42 more phones were unveiled. It is believed that all the phones were stolen at the Courteeners' gig on Friday night (7 November).
Three people appeared in court earlier today to be charged with the thefts. Apparently, 22 of the victims have been identified and 19 have had their phones returned to them.
Courteeners are currently on a UK tour, playing Leeds tonight.
