Courteeners Announce Huge Heaton Park Gig For 2019

Liam Fray and co will play the homecoming gig at the famous outdoor venue in June next year. Find out how to get tickets.

Courteeners have confirmed a huge outdoor gig for 2019.

The Not Nineteen Forever outfit will play a homecoming gig on Saturday 15 June at Manchester's Heaton Park, with support from James, DMA's and Pale Waves.

Tickets go on sale on Friday 2 November from 9.30am from gigsandtours.com.

Liam Fray previously teased the news on Instagram, sharing a picture of the band with the caption: "Monday 29th Oct. 6pm."

News comes after Liam Fray also teased new material online.

Taking to Instagram, The 17th star shared video of himself playing the piano.

The next clip saw him accompany himself with vocals, with a caption which read: "Hanging Off Your Cloud".

The clips have led to speculation that the Manchester outfit could be working on material for their next album and the follow-up to 2016's Mapping The Rendezvous.
