The Rolling Stones frontman welcomed his eighth child on Thursday.
Mick Jagger has become a father again at 73 years of age.
The Rolling Stones frontman and his 29-year-old girlfriend, American ballerina Melanie Hamrick, welcomed a baby boy this Thursday (8 December) in New York City.
I statement from the couple read: “Mick was at the hospital for the arrival. Mother and baby are doing well and we request that the media respect their privacy at this time.”
His latest bundle of joy takes the Jumping Jack Flash singer's baby count up to number eight, joining his seven children which range in age from 17-45.
In 2014, Jagger became a great-grandfather when his then 21-year-old granddaughter, Assisi Jackson gave birth to a baby girl.
Jagger isn't the only rocker in his band to enjoy fatherhood late in life, with Ronnie Wood welcoming twins at age 68 with his wife Sally Humphries this year.
