The Rolling Stones 2015

The Paint It Black four-piece are painting it blue and teasing to 6 October.

The Rolling Stones have unveiled a first listen of their forthcoming blues album this week.

Taking to Twitter the band posted a short-but-sweet clip of themselves playing in the studio.

Watch it below:

The band have previously teased the 6 October on their social media, giving their lips and tongue logo a blue makeover and teasing a session at the British Studios in Chiswick, London.

Earlier this week, it was reported that their album would also be set for release in December, with long-time producer Don Was, telling French outlet Le Figaro : “The album consists of covers of blues songs of Chicago. It was recorded live in the studio in just three days, with the musicians in a circle around the microphones.”
