The Chilis bassist gave an unconventional rendition of The Star-Spangled Banner at LA Lakers star, Kobe Byrant's final game.
The American National Anthem gets played at every major US event, but you've probably never heard it like this before...
Red Hot Chili Peppers' Flea performed a bass-only version of the The Star-Spangled Banner for LA Lakers player Kobe Bryant, who is retiring from the game after 20 years.
The Suck My Kiss rocker showed off his famous bass skills before the LA Lakers vs. Utah Jazz game, in front of 18,000 people at the Los Angeles Staples Centre.
Watch his performance below:
Flea - who is well known Lakers fan - in Rolling Stone previously likened Kobe Bryant to "Jimmy Paige or Jimi Hendrix" and called him a "master of his craft".
Flea's rendition proved a lucky charm for Bryant and the LA Lakers, who went on to beat Utah Jazz 101-96.
