10 Reasons Why Liam Gallagher Was Meant For Twitter

Celebrate Twitter's 10th Birthday with one of its most prolific fans.

Twitter is 10 years old today, which means if it was a human it wouldn't be quite old enough to be at "big school," but it would be just gobby enough to be giving its teachers hell.

And no one quite represents Twitter's gobby, immature side than former Oasis man, Liam Gallagher, himself.

Whether he's ripping into his brother, bemoaning the death of rock 'n' roll, or just writing "F*** OASIS," in capital letters, there's never a dull moment with Mr LG.

Here's 10 reasons why Twitter was made for the mouthiest man in rock:

1. He has absolutely no problem sharing his comings and goings...

2. And he likes to let us know what his brother Noel's up to, too:

3. He can't help but get fans excited about an Oasis reunion...

4. ...Before making it absolutely clear he doesn't give a damn about Oasis at all.

5. He doesn't need any more than 140 characters for his words of wisdom, because he doesn't need full sentences... or even punctuation.

6. He loves making fun of British institutions like the BRITs, and he's not adverse to a spot of hyperbole.

7. He doesn't care about contradicting himself...

8.  But will expose Noel for doing so wherever possible.

9. He loves taking take a creepy video or three

10. And, most importantly, he understands that when it comes to Twitter (and annoying his brother) repetition is everything.

We think he's trying to get across something, but we're not quite sure what it is...

Here's to the next 10 years!

As you were...
