Mumford & Sons have confirmed they will once again curate their mini outdoor festivals: Gentlemen of the Road Stopover.
Five more of the events will take place in 2013 - this year expanding to a Friday night show followed by an all day one on the Saturday.
The first one will take place in the UK at Convent Fields in Lewes on July 19 and 20.
Vampire Weekend will headline the Friday with Mumford & Sons the following night.
The Vaccines, Mystery Jets, Johnny Flynn & The Sussex Wit and The Very Best Soundsystem will be among the support acts - with more to be announced.
"As Pep Guardiola would probably say, keeping possession of the ball is Rules One, Two and Three of football. As Mumford & Sons would definitely say, Rules One, Two and Three of being a band are: Play Live," Mumford & Sons commented.
"The Gentlemen of the Road Stopovers are all about live music. We get to put them on in towns not normally frequented by touring bands in buses or splitter vans. We deliberately look for towns that have something unique, or some vibe of which they are proud, explore them and enjoy what they have to offer, and then we try to bring a party without leaving too much of a trail of destruction in our wake."
The four other GOTR Stopover shows will take place in the US and Canada - with Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros headlining the Friday evening events and Mumford & Sons the full day shows.
The Vaccines, Old Crow Medicine Show, Hey Rosetta!, fun., Alabama Shakes, Dan Mangan, Willy Mason, Half Moon Run, Those Darlins, and Bear's Den will be among the support acts.
