Manic Street Preachers Add New Dates To The Holy Bible Anniversary Tour
The Welsh trio have extended the tour due to high demand.
The Holy Bible, which came out in 1994, is now twenty years old! The Manic Street Preachers will play the album in venues across England, Scotland & Ireland. They've now added dates in Southampton, Edinburgh, Wolverhampton and a massive show at Cardiff Castle.
The Holy Bible was the third studio album from the Manics, when lyricist and rhythm guitarist Richey Edwards was still in the band.
Speaking with Radio X about the band's history, Nicky Wire was nostalgic about the Manic's back-catalogue. He said he loves "looking at our rack of cds in a proper record shop...it's the one time you get a sense of the history of the band."
Tickets to the anniversary show go on sale this Friday (September 26th) at 9am. See the tour dates below.
