The Libertines Announce First Club Shows In Over A Decade

Leeds Festival 2015 Friday - The Libertines

The band have announced a string of tiny shows around the release of their new album Anthems For Doomed Youth.

The Libertines have announced a short string of club dates for later this month. As well as Glasgow and Manchester, the band will also play London's Electric Ballroom.

The run of gigs will be the band's first tour of club shows for eleven years. The gigs will be taking place between September 6th and 11th. You can see the full tour dates below. The conclusion of the tour coincides with the release of their new record Anthems For Doomed Youth.

The Libertines will also be taking over Camden between August 31st and September 4th with a pop-up shop and a week of "shenanigans" entitled "Over The Railings."

Tickets for the club tour go on sale this Friday (September 4th) at 10am.
