Liam Gallagher "Can't Wait" To Meet Skepta

The Oasis man revealed his son Gene is "bang into" the Grime star.
Liam Gallagher has praised Skepta and said he can't wait to meet the rapper.
The former Oasis frontman - who today confirmed the title of his debut solo album and its first single - revealed he "likes the look" of the grime artist and that his son Gene () is a big fan.
Asked about the Shutdown star, Gallagher told NME: "My kid Gene is bang into Skepta. I like the look of him. He looks a bit odd and kooky. He's a bit funky".
When asked about Skepta wearing clothes from his Pretty Green fashion label, the outspoken rocker commended the Tottenham-born artist on his style and his decision to spend big in his store.
"Apparently he went in and whacked out five grand," revealed the 44-year-old rock star. "That's the kind of shit Id do. So now he's welcome to have it for nowt, 'cos it says a lot about someone.
"I like the little fucking Del Boy hat he's wearing in that pic, and the round John Lennon beams. He looks cool, man. Odd and cool. I can't wait to meet him".
Today Liam Gallagher revealed the first track from his debut solo album will be Wall Of Glass, and announced UK and Ireland shows.
The Supersonic star will play four intimate dates, which includes a show at London's Electric Brixton and a homecoming gig at Manchester's O2 Ritz.
The rocker has also confirmed that the proceeds from the show will raise money towards the victims of the Manchester terror attack.
