Kings Of Leon

Optimus Alive have announced that Depeche Mode and Kings of Leon are on the bill for their 2013 event.

The 'Mode will perform on July 13 with the Followills the following night.

The Portugese festival takes place in Lisbon July 12-14 2013 - tickets are on sale now.

Jared from Kings of Leon confessed to Radio X last week that the band were working on a new album.

"It's all coming together and so we have a couple of shows to play and then we're going to get in the studio," he told Radio X's Gordon Smart. "We built own studio in Nashville so we're going to do it there - we're in the baby stages of making the record."

Meanwhile, Depeche Mode recently announced a one-off London show next year - their only UK date on their world tour - which they confirmed at a press conference in Paris.

The band will play the O2 Arena on May 28 - around the time they're expected to release a new album.
