David Bowie's widow, Iman, has paid tribute to the late rock star on Father's Day.

Taking to Instagram, the model and businesswoman posted a touching photo of the Heroes singer holding his daughter Lexi as a baby.

The couple, who welcomed their daughter into the world on 15 August 2000, were married for 24 years, before Bowie sadly passed away on Sunday 10 January, aged 69.

Meanwhile, Glastonbury will celebrate David Bowie's life with their first ever classical music headliner.

Philip Glass's Heroes Symphony, which was written in homage to Bowie's 1977 Heroes album, will take place just before midnight on The Park stage.

According to the Belfast Telegraph, festival organiser Emily Eavis said: "We are delighted that David Bowie's life will be celebrated by Glastonbury's first ever classical music headliner.

The Somerset festival will also pay tribute by topping the Pyramid stage with David Bowie's famous Aladdin Sane lightening bolt.

A lock of David Bowie's hair is also set to be auctioned this week, expecting to sell for around £3,000.

The late singer’s hair was kept by Wendy Farrier, who took a small chunk of Bowie’s hair when he posed for his waxwork at Madame Tussauds in London in 1983.
