The Cure announce special Christmas shows

The Cure at Teenage Cancer Trust 2014

The iconic band will play two night at the Eventim Apollo Hammersmith in London in December.

The Cure will play two nights at the Hammersmith Apollo, London on December 21st and 22nd. The band revealed the news via their Facebook page.

The statement read, “The band will be performing a 150-minute show playing songs drawn from their entire 37-year-old catalogue including deep cuts, pop songs, fan favourites and surprises galore."

"Reprising the role they performed at the same venue 30 years ago each concert will also feature And Also The Trees as support."

The Cure are famous for their epic setlists - performing for Teenage Cancer Trust at the Royal Albert Hall in March of this year, the band played for three hours on two consecutive nights.

Tickets go on sale Friday 7 November at 8am.
