Kate Bush has announced she's going to perform live for the first time in 35 years.

Fifteen shows have been booked for London's Hammersmith Apollo this August and September.

The 55-year-old made a surprise announcement about the shows - to be called Before The Dawn - this morning.

Last time she went on tour was in 1979 when she was just 20 years old.

Tickets for the shows will go on sale at 9.30am on Friday 28 March. Prices range from £49-£135

They are limited to four per booking and photo ID will need to be presented by the person who booked them on the night of the show, presumably in a bid to crack down on touts.

Kate Bush live dates:

AUGUST: 26, 27, 29, 30

SEPTEMBER: 2, 3, 5, 6, 9, 10, 12, 13, 16, 17, 19
