Is This The Most Australian Slip 'N' Slide Ever?

A Facebook user has shared videos of the ridiculously epic DIY effort on her family grounds.

If there's one thing we know about our Antipodean cousins, it's that they don't do things by halves.

So, after bringing you the "Most Australian Interview" on Australia Day, we're proud to present the most Australian slip 'n' slide!

Facebook user Kirsty McKavanagh posted the video on her page on 23 January, which shows their "tried and tested" DIY slip 'n' slide, on their family farm in Queensland... and it seems to go on forever!

Tried and tested. Ready to go.

And it looks like age is no barrier, from this little girl's courageous attempt, either.

Tried and tested. Ready to go. Pm me for the address if you would like to come.

As the video gathered more attention Kirsty had no problem inviting random people round to the farm, writing: "Pm me for the address if you would like to come. "

The slide wasn't without its perils, however, with Facebook user Melinda Eliassen earning herself a huge, gnarly looking bruise on her attempt .

And from the looks of things, slip 'n' slides are a bit of an Australia Day tradition, as a YouTube search brings up a bevy of homemade attempts like this one - uploaded just a few hours ago:

And if you think that's impressive, check out this MAMMOTH Australia Day attempt from back in 2014:

Epic.
