The band will perform three warm up dates in Birmingham, Glasgow and Newcastle this June…
Despite only having released Mercury Prize nominated Given to the Wild this year, The Maccabees have told Radio X they're not planning on slowing down or taking any time off.
"We're touring right up until the end of the year and then we're just gonna write another record. We've got a studio in London," the band told us. "We're gonna try and calm things down touring wise and we're gonna try and get a record done by the end of next year."
Felix and Orlando from The Maccabees were speaking to us on the red carpet at the Barclaycard Mercury Prize.
They missed out on this year's award - which went to Alt-J for An Awesome Wave.
